Casey is owner and CEO of Rockport Mechanical. He gained experience by starting his first oil company in 2002 with two used oil trucks, and then shortly thereafter invested in the construction of two separate industry leading oil and propane tank farms. Mentored by his father and grandfather, both lifelong entrepreneurs, Casey leads Rockport Mechanical with loyalty and appreciation toward all employees while endeavoring to deliver more energy and service solutions to attract new customers and satisfy existing customers. An avid boater, Casey resides with his family in both the Chicago area and Boothbay where he also tends to various other business and family responsibilities.

Bob Milliken serves as President & COO for Rockport Mechanical. Prior to joining Rockport Mechanical, he owned and operated Seacoast Power Equipment located in North Hampton, New Hampshire. His career prior to business ownership included contributions to the petroleum, convenience store, consulting, tobacco and alternative energy industries. During his 25 years in the petroleum industry, Bob held numerous senior management positions with Arco Products Company, Sunoco, BP Amoco, Irving Oil and World Energy Alternatives. He received a BA in Sociology from Framingham State College and a MBA in Finance from St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA.

Ginny Carr serves as Controller for Rockport Mechanical with degrees in Accounting and Information Technology and more than 25 years of experience in the Accounting and IT Departments. Ginny's experience in systems design and organizational knowledge facilitates coordination of the Office Support Team.

Bud serves as our Service Dispatcher and is located in our new Rockport office. Bud has lived in Maine his entire life and in the Midcoast area for 3 years. He graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Husson College in Bangor and has 17 years of experience in the customer service industry with 8 of those years spent in leadership roles. Bud enjoys travel and golf and is really excited to be working with TempControl and Rockport Mechanical to expand his professional experience and knowledge into the energy industry.

As the prior owner of Rockport Mechanical, George has many years of experience in the HVAC industry. As a member of the community, George is well known for his mechanical knowledge and devotion to the industry. As a member of the team, George will continue to lead the sales efforts in satisfying consumer demand for high end systems.

Blake joins our team as our Energy Sales Advisor and has lived and worked in mid-coast Maine for 25 years. He has extensive sales and business experience and enjoys energy modeling. A great addition to the team as a sales professional with state and federal licenses in fuel oil, propane, natural gas, and refrigeration technology with NORA certification, OSHA certification, NABCEP solar PV certification, Green HVAC/R certification, BPI Energy Auditing & Analysis certification and training in Daikin, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, Rinnai, Buderus, Bosch, Viessmann, Trio, and HTP mechanical systems. Also, Blake is a certified "Qualified Partner" with the Efficiency Maine Trust, and works as a Registered Vender on residential and commercial Efficiency Maine Projects.

Joy has grown up and worked in Midcoast Maine her entire life and has 18 years of experience in Energy sales. As our Commercial and Residential Fuel Sales specialist, Joy offers a truly personalized and friendly approach to your Energy purchasing decision. Joy attends annual code classes to assure her knowledge of LP equipment, generators, and tank placement is current.

Rob Brown has been a residential mechanical designer since 1999, with a strong focus on heating and cooling load calculations, yearly energy use analysis, and high performance hydronic heating and cooling systems. Rob's designs have won the Radiant Panel Association's national design award twice, and have been featured in Solar Decathlon projects as well as a variety of award-winning architectural homes working on low-energy and net-zero goals from Alaska to Mexico. Beyond hydronics, Rob has spent several years designing indoor air quality ventilation systems, ducted heating and cooling systems, as well as deploying heat pumps in every form factor and style possible. Rob has designed thousands of projects for clients ranging from solo DIY-Homebuilders to formal design teams on long term custom builds.

Richard has been a plumbing representative in the Knox County community for many years. With this wealth of knowledge, Richard an important part of our sales team for all plumbing related projects. Also, with many years as the Dispatcher for Rockport Mechanical, Richard continues to help with the service team to ensure the customer is satisfied each time a service call is requested.

Graduated high school in 1982 and moved to New Hampshire where he earned a Master Electricians license working for Knapp Electric and attended Portsmouth Vocational Technical College at night. Greg moved back to Maine in 1989 and went to work for TempControl where he has been employed for the last 24 years. Greg also holds licenses for Master 1 and 2 Oils and is certified in the transition and recovery of refrigeration. He has received factory training in the installation and service of Viessmann, Buderus, Mitsubishi, and Fujitsu equipment. While employed at TempControl he has also designed and installed a variety of air conditioning and heating systems, including air to air heat pumps, oil and natural gas boilers.

Jared joined the Army National Guard in 1993. After graduating from high school in 1994, he attended the Academy of Health Science in Texas to become a Combat Medic. He served in this capacity for 14 years, including his one year tour in Iraq with the 133 Engineer Battalion. In 2009, he joined his brother's newly formed company A+ Heating Service. Jared is a licensed Propane technician and also brings many other skills to the business, including masonry skills which were put to use repairing chimneys and creating custom surrounds and veneers. While with A+ heating, he became a proficient wood and wood pellet stove installer and service technician.

Marshall is a service technician with 18 years of experience in the HVAC industry. In the 4 years he worked at TempControl Marshall's primary focus was performing preventive maintenance and service calls on air conditioning units and commercial refrigeration equipment. Marshall is also skilled as a Propane and Natural Gas Technician.

Quentin attended SMVTI to study heating and air conditioning and has worked in the industry installing and servicing equipment for over 20 years. Quentin holds a masters license in 1 and 2 oils , propane and natural gas license that covers appliance connection, service technician, tank setter and pipe etc., and EPA certification in refrigeration. Also, with Factory training from Beckett, Carlin, Riello, Rinnai, Energy Kinetics( system 2000 ) and Honeywell Quentin brings a wealth of knowledge to our service and installation team.

Jim serves as our Tank Setter and Technician's helper. Jim has spent a good part of his career as a Fuel Delivery Driver and is committed to serving the customers in the Midcoast region. As an experience driver in industry, Jim brings 11+ years of knowledge and experience in customer service to our team of drivers.

Ron has been a Service Technician since 1997 and comes with years of on-the-job experience and leanings. Ron holds a Master oil burner license for #1 and #2 oils up to 15 GPH and a Propane and Natural gas license with appliance connection, appliance service, delivery tech, tank setter, and pipe tech. Ron also has factory training for system 2000, Honeywell, Beckett burners, Carlin burners, Riello burners, And Rinnai heaters.

Chad has been a Service Technician with Rockport Mechanical for 9 years and comes with years of on-the-job experience and learnings. Chad holds a Master Plumber's license and a Propane and Natural gas license with appliance connection. Chad also has experience with water treatment systems and an apprentice license for Oil.

Garrett has been a Service Technician with Rockport Mechanical for several years and comes with service and problem solving experience. Garrett holds a Journeyman's Oil license and a Propane and Natural gas license with appliance connection. Garrett also has EPA certification for refrigeration and air conditioning as well as being a Rinnai authorized technician.

Matt has been a Service Technician with Rockport Mechanical for several years and comes with the experience required to lead large commercial installation projects. Matt holds a Master's license in both Plumbing and Oil as well as a Propane and Natural gas license with appliance connection. Matt also has EPA certification for refrigeration and air conditioning as well as being certified in Solid Fuels and Pellet Heating.

Mike has been a Service Technician with Rockport Mechanical for several years and comes with skills learned on-the-job. Mike holds a Journeyman Plumber's license and a Propane and Natural gas license with appliance connection. Mike also has an apprentice license for Oil.

Rob has been a Service Technician with Rockport Mechanical for many years and comes with the experience required to lead large residential installation projects. Scott joins the team with his Apprentice Oil license and a Propane and Natural Gas license. Scott's experience in other industries gives him a broad knowledge base with which to work.

Bill joins the team with a Master Plumber's license and a Propane and Natural gas license with appliance connection. Bill's experience working on both residential and commercial plumbing projects brings some additional skills to the team.
